What are the delivery costs & options?
We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in plain packaging. TENGA.co.uk uses Royal Mail First Class Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery and Interlink courier services.
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day. Orders placed before midday on Saturday are despatched on Saturday.
Tracked Delivery
TENGA.co.uk now offers a First Class - Tracked service throughout the UK. If you choose this service, you will be sent an email once your parcel has been despatched containing the tracking number needed to monitor the location of your order as it is sent to you. You can normally use this number to track your parcel from around 8pm on the day of despatch via Royal Mail Track & Trace.
Choose Your Delivery Day
Get your order when you want it! Select Choose Your Delivery Day at checkout and have your order delivered to any UK address on any specific day in the next 6 weeks (apart from Sundays and Bank Holidays). Read more about our Choose Your Delivery Day service.

When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like. The checkout will explain the options.
Sometimes, depending on your address and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of delivery option. For example, the Royal Mail cannot deliver large items and Interlink courier does not offer a next-day service to some parts of the UK.
If you live in remote parts of the UK and require a next-day delivery service, where possible we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure your parcel arrives on time.
The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.

All TENGA.co.uk parcels are sent in plain packaging. Click to see exactly how your order will be packaged.
What if you're out when your order arrives?
If you're out when the postman calls, your postman or courier will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order.
If your parcel is taken to the nearest Royal Mail delivery office you will have to go and collect your parcel.
If your parcel is taken to your nearest Post Office, you can collect it there.
If your parcel is taken to the nearest Interlink courier depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.
What if your order doesn't arrive when you expect?
If your UK delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us.
