A. Yes absolutely! We only use plain packaging with no reference to our company or brand.
Q. Can I choose my delivery day?
A. As standard we offer a variety of postage options, but you cannot choose your delivery day at checkout. If you do wish to have a specific day for delivery, please contact us and we will try our best to cater to your needs.
Q. How much does it cost to post the item to me?
A. We have various options for posting items depending on your postage preference, item(s) weight and your location. During the checkout process, you can get a postage quote. If you're in the UK we offer free postage on orders over £10.
Q. Do you ship products worldwide?
A. Yes we do, but please check your country accepts this type of product. We have a very high success rate of delivery to all countries we have shipped to, but cannot be held liable for issues caused by receiving our products in your country.
Q. I am ordering outside the EU what do you put on the customs form?
A. We mark as a gift and describe as "Personal Massage Therapy Kit" and usually value it as $20 to reduce the likelihood of any or high duty to be paid. Please make sure to provide a telephone number for the courier.
Q. Where is my order?
A. All items are sent are either traceable or require a signature. If you haven't received your order, please let us know as quickly as possible so we can investigate for you. If you are outside of the EU, packages can be held at customs for a while.

A. Yes, but please be patient because sometimes it can take a while to receive the item(s)

Returns and Refunds
Q. My toy is broken or isn't working, what do I do?
A. Iroha Mini use AAA batteries, have you tried changing these? If there is another fault, we will happily try to help you solve this issue or arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel and refund your order quite quickly. If your order has been dispatched, I'm afraid we cannot cancel the items during delivery. You can return the item unused for a full refund.

Maintaining and Use
Q. How do I clean my products?
A. This refers to the following products; Flip Hole, Air Tech, Eggs, 3D & Iroha. Clean using warm water. It is recommended to use an anti bacterial soap or toy cleaner. Dab dry with a clean towel and leave to air dry before storing or in the case of the Iroha; charging.
Q. How do you clean the Onacup?
A. The Onacup range is designed as a single use product. Due to the design they are very difficult to clean. However, you can prolong use by using a condom. Alternatively, check out the Air-Tech range which is easy to clean.
Q. What type of lubricant can I use?
A. All lubricants provided by us and recommended to use with our products are water-based lubricants.
Q. Why does my toy smell funny?
A. Due to the nature of the materials and the manufacturing process. Unfortunately, there is no quick solution to removing this smell. However, it should gradually fade if washed regularly with warm water and toy cleaner solutions.
